Halloween Cookies

For my birthday, I wanted to do something fun with the girls so we decided to make and decorate cookies. We made a BIG mess, but had a BLAST! The only crazy part was that I had no idea what black, orange and green icing would do to a child's poop! It was the wierdest color green I have ever seen.

One Tired Girl

Brian is off this entire week and the girls are so excited about having their daddy here. We have lots planned to do as a family. Today, while I was out running some errands, Brian had the girls outside playing. They were having so much fun that we never brought them inside for a nap. We just didn't want to stop their fun. When we got them back inside, we gave them a bath. Molly asked for a snack and was sitting at the bar having her cheerios and I looked over and saw this.

Emma Grace's Birthday

Saturday, Macy went to her best bud's 4th birthday party at Monkey Joe's. It is a giant play area full of inflatables for the kids to jump, slide and play on. All the kids had so much fun....Macy didn't want to leave. Here is the birthday girl!

Potential Career

Friday night, we went out for Brian's neice's birthday and the girls entertained everyone by pretending to be waitresses. They took everyone's order and then pretended to cook it and deliver it. It was so cute.

Soccer Game...She's Doing It!

Macy is really starting to find her way in playing soccer. She is still a "pleaser" and watches me too much when she's running, but she is starting to "steal" the ball and she is starting to understand the point of the game. It is really fun to watch her having fun.

Disney on Ice

Saturday night, we took the girls to see Disney on Ice. We went last year also, but only took Macy. We felt that both girls were ready this year. I made sure that all of the princesses were going to be in this one, because last year Macy was so excited to see Cinderella...and she wasn't there. It was only about Tinkerbell. Well, not this year! They were ALL there!

GiGi's Cupcakes...YUM YUM

A very special friend brought each of my girls a delicious Princess Cupcake. One for the patient and one for her sweet sister. I wasn't sure if Molly would actually eat any of it or not, but she especially loved the icing!

Happy Child

What a difference a day makes!! Molly woke up this morning wanting to walk around and play. We walked up and down the halls (with IV pole in tow) and then she rode in a little plastic car around the halls. FUN! Then, she wanted to play with her castle and princesses and now she is coloring. It is so wonderful to see glimpses of my child back! She was invaded yesterday!! We are hoping to go home today if Molly will adequately eat and drink. So far, so good!
