Fun at the Park

After dealing with rain all last week and not being able to play outside, the girls were becoming stir crazy. The weather said it was going to be a beautiful day and what better way to celebrate than play outside at the park. I called some friends and we met at the park. The kids fed the ducks, ate lunch and played hard! They had so much fun together.

Farmer Day at School

Macy's class had "farmer day" at school today and had a little fall party. All of the kids looked so cute dressed with their hats and boots and jeans. Macy didn't have a whole lot to choose from (as she doesn't normally dress like that) but I remembered she had a pair of overalls. Not sure that she will wear them again as they were highwaters on her. Molly didn't have a theme that day of what to wear, I just wanted to put her picture in here because I thought she looked so cute!

Delicious Ribs

Brian has been off this week and has been cooking every day. I certainly am not going to complain about that. Today, he smoked ribs all afternoon. They were absolutely incredible...even Molly loved them. Down to the last bite...literally.

Halloween Cookies

For my birthday, I wanted to do something fun with the girls so we decided to make and decorate cookies. We made a BIG mess, but had a BLAST! The only crazy part was that I had no idea what black, orange and green icing would do to a child's poop! It was the wierdest color green I have ever seen.

One Tired Girl

Brian is off this entire week and the girls are so excited about having their daddy here. We have lots planned to do as a family. Today, while I was out running some errands, Brian had the girls outside playing. They were having so much fun that we never brought them inside for a nap. We just didn't want to stop their fun. When we got them back inside, we gave them a bath. Molly asked for a snack and was sitting at the bar having her cheerios and I looked over and saw this.

Emma Grace's Birthday

Saturday, Macy went to her best bud's 4th birthday party at Monkey Joe's. It is a giant play area full of inflatables for the kids to jump, slide and play on. All the kids had so much fun....Macy didn't want to leave. Here is the birthday girl!

Potential Career

Friday night, we went out for Brian's neice's birthday and the girls entertained everyone by pretending to be waitresses. They took everyone's order and then pretended to cook it and deliver it. It was so cute.

Soccer Game...She's Doing It!

Macy is really starting to find her way in playing soccer. She is still a "pleaser" and watches me too much when she's running, but she is starting to "steal" the ball and she is starting to understand the point of the game. It is really fun to watch her having fun.

Sister looked on so proud of her older sister!
