Disneyworld

A few weeks ago, Brian and I decided to plan a last minute trip to Disneyworld. His schedule is so crazy and with Macy starting Kindergarten in the fall, we just didn't know when we would be able to go. So, off we went...the girls were so excited! We drove half way on Thursday and the rest of the way on Friday morning.

Day 1:
We were able to go to Magic Kingdom that afternoon and the girls couldn't wait. The first "ride" we took was on the monorail. You would have thought they were riding Dumbo, they were so excited.

The look on Molly's face when she saw Cinderella's Castle for the first time was one of those images I will never forget. Priceless!

Waiting in line for "It's a Small World." We actually rode this twice because the girls loved it so much.

Of course, a carousel ride!

The fireworks were beautiful.

Day 2:
One of the best things about Disneyworld are all the shows. We walked up as this awesome show was being performed on the Castle stage.

Waiting in line for Dumbo, which of course you HAVE to ride if you are my girls.

Couldn't pass up this picture...it just doesn't happen very much!
Minnie's House
Two years ago, when we took Macy, she wouldn't even get close to anything that didn't have a "real" head. It was so neat to see how much she has grown up in that time.
You cannot come to Disneyworld and not have chocolate covered Mickey ears. Awesome!
Epcot was having their Flower & Garden Festival. Brian was in heaven.
Day 3:
Kilamanjaro Safari at Animal Kingdom. This is probably one of my favorite things to do!
The Finding Nemo show. It is so good, you almost feel like you have a paid for a Broadway show. (Well, I guess you kind of have with the price of tickets into Disney!)
And of course we had to see Little Mermaid and Aerial!
Meeting the princesses had to be one of the highlights for the girls. They couldn't stop talking about Cinderella, Belle and Sleeping Beauty...who they had now met and knew well!
The Barnstormer in Toon Town. Molly wouldn't get on it, but Macy loved it.
Spectromagic Parade! So awesome, we saw it twice.
