Special Day for Macy

Friday morning my mom called me to ask if I had anything planned. She wanted to have a girl's day with her daughter and granddaughter. We went to the mall downtown and ate at the Cheesecake Factory (yum), did a little shopping, and did a little giggling. We then stopped at Walmart (well, my mom let me go in) because I had to pick up the picture that was going to complete my mom's mother's day gift. We had a wonderful time, just the three of us. Oh, the reason that Molly was not with us is because my in-laws had her for the weekend. It is so wonderful that pretty much every month, they alternate taking the girls for the weekend. They are a god-send!!

While I was waiting for the picture at Walmart, I saw the cutest little watering cans so of course, I had to get the girls each one. A pink fish and a blue whale. Macy HAD to use hers when we got home.

After Macy took a nap that afternoon, Daddy and Macy and I went to Sonic for dinner. Macy got so excited when the lady talked to her through the speaker. Macy decided she wanted a corn dog (she had never had one) and she LOVED it!!
